20' x 20' Boothbay Cottage

We built this timber frame as a vacation getaway near Boothbay Harbor in Maine. This efficient 1 1/2 story cottage provides room for a spacious bedroom on the second floor with a kitchen/living area and bath on the first floor. This structure is big enough to accomodate a set of code-compliant stairs which provide liveable access to the second floor.
